 At least 10 year’s hands on experience in Market Mix Modelling, with rich and complete
data sets 
 Strong statistical knowledge and understanding in relevant techniques (OLS, Bayesian
etc..) 
 Proven experience in managing and developing an analytical team 
 In-depth knowledge of media planning and marketing, especially in UK 
 Experience working with clients from a variety of sectors 
 Proven ability to lead and develop a large team of analysts 
 Ability to juggle multiple projects/clients 
 Expert in R (inc Shiny) and Excel 
 Strong commercial acumen – ability to work efficiently, with a focus on profitability 
 Keen attention to detail with a questioning mindset 
 Understanding of the UK marketplace for brands and media 
 Strong communication skills
